Meet Zach Garcia

Zach Garcia comes from (4) four generations of real estate investors.  He’s been applying the principles he’s learned and honing his skills since a very early age. He loves working with the diverse needs of clients whether first-time buyers, growing families, or retirees whether buying-up or buying-down, to investors that are interested in creating rental income for retirement or other goals. He believes in educating his clients  that are open to real estate investing in single or multi-unit properties. His motto is, “buying and investing is possible for everyone with a mind to learn and a heart to trust”.
